  3. Initial In-take Session: If it seems like we're a good fit, we'll set up a complimentary session. This is our opportunity to ensure we can collaborate effectively.

  4. Booking Your Sessions: Satisfied with our initial meeting? You can then proceed to purchase a package of 6 coaching sessions.

  5. Session Details: Each coaching session is 60 minutes, typically scheduled every two weeks.

  6. Ongoing Support: I’m here to offer additional insights and guidance tailored to your personal journey, should you wish, between our scheduled sessions.
